Main metrics

  • Signups: Requests shoppers submitted for unavailable products or variants.
  • Notifications: Back-in-stock messages Slingshot sent.
  • Conversions: Purchases attributed to a Slingshot notification.
  • Revenue: Revenue attributed to those conversions.
  • Wanted products: Products currently generating shopper demand.

These numbers describe different stages. A signup does not immediately become a notification: the requested variant must first return to stock.

Recent activity

Use the activity feed to spot new demand, restock sends, delivery problems, clicks, and purchases. Open the related section for more detail.

How to use the dashboard

  1. Compare signups with notifications to understand how much demand is still waiting.
  2. Review products with high demand when planning inventory.
  3. Watch failed notifications and resolve sender or address problems.
  4. Compare clicks and conversions to judge email and offer performance.

Dashboard attribution is intended for operational guidance. Shopify remains the source of truth for orders and store revenue.
