Open Notifications to follow individual messages and Customizations → Campaigns to review notification activity in context.

Common notification states

  • Scheduled or queued: Slingshot is preparing the message or waiting for a required condition.
  • Sent: The receiving mail service accepted the message for delivery.
  • Delivered: The receiving service reported delivery.
  • Failed: The message could not be sent or delivered.
  • Clicked: The shopper opened a tracked product link.
  • Converted: Slingshot attributed a later purchase to the notification.

Sent does not guarantee that an email appears in the primary inbox. Mail providers can place it in Promotions, Spam, or another category.

Review a campaign

  1. Open Customizations → Campaigns.
  2. Select the relevant restock activity.
  3. Compare recipients, delivery results, clicks, and conversions.
  4. Open failed records to identify a shared cause.

If notifications remain scheduled

Check Settings → Store information for a complete business address and review your plan’s email allowance. Slingshot may hold notifications when required information is incomplete or a limit is reached.
