Contact support from Slingshot

  1. Open Slingshot in Shopify Admin.
  2. Select Help.
  3. Search the suggested guides first.
  4. On Growth or Scale, open the support form.
  5. Choose a category and describe the result you expected, what happened, and what you already tried.

Slingshot includes your store domain, plan, current app page, and technical browser details automatically. Do not add customer lists, passwords, API keys, or payment card information.

Response targets

  • Growth: First response within 2 business days.
  • Scale: First response within 1 business day.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. These are response targets, not guaranteed resolution times.

Free-plan exceptions

Free merchants can contact hello@heyslingshot.com only for:

  • billing or unexpected charge concerns;
  • security or privacy reports;
  • suspected app-wide outages;
  • legally required data requests.

Include your myshopify.com domain. Store-specific installation, theme, customization, and delivery troubleshooting require a paid plan.
