Open Signups in the Slingshot navigation to review demand captured from your storefront. Some screens may refer to these records as subscriptions.

Find a signup

Use the search and filters to narrow records by:

  • shopper email;
  • product name;
  • SKU;
  • variant;
  • waiting or notification status.

Each signup should point to the exact variant selected when the shopper submitted the form.

Understand the status

A waiting signup has not yet received a live restock notification. When Shopify reports the requested variant back in stock, Slingshot rechecks availability before queuing the email.

A sent signup remains part of your history so you can connect demand with notifications and results.

Use signup data safely

Back-in-stock signups are for delivering the notification the shopper requested. Do not export or reuse an address for unrelated marketing unless you have the required separate consent.

If a request is missing

Check that the shopper selected an unavailable variant and saw the success confirmation. Then follow Signup was not recorded.
