Open Customizations → Email templates to make the message feel like part of your store.
What you can edit
Depending on your plan and selected template, you can review or change:
- subject line;
- header and main message;
- call-to-action button text;
- footer content;
- sender name and reply-to address;
- colors and visual template.
Product details are filled from Shopify when Slingshot creates the real notification.
Customize safely
- Start with a clear subject that says the item is back in stock.
- Keep the main message short and specific.
- Use button text such as View product or Shop now.
- Avoid promising that inventory is reserved. Stock can sell out again.
- Save the template.
- Send a test notification and check it on mobile.
Plan differences
Premium template choices and removing Slingshot branding depend on your plan. The editor shows the options currently available to your store.
Keep required information
Do not remove the business address or other required footer information. Complete it under Settings → Store information before live sends.
