Slingshot sends only for the exact requested variant after Shopify reports it as purchasable.

Check the inventory change

  1. In Shopify Admin, open the product and requested variant.
  2. Confirm available inventory is greater than zero at the relevant location.
  3. Confirm the product is active and published to the Online Store channel.
  4. Verify you restocked the same variant shown in Signups.

Inventory imports and external inventory apps can update values in stages. Allow a short period for Shopify and connected apps to settle.

Check Slingshot

  1. Open Signups and find a waiting request for that variant.
  2. Open Notifications and look for a scheduled, sent, or failed record.
  3. Open Settings → Store information and complete any missing business address.
  4. Open Settings → Plan & billing and check the current email allowance.

Slingshot rechecks Shopify inventory before sending. If the item sold out again quickly, an email can remain unsent to avoid sending shoppers to an unavailable item.

When contacting support

Paid-plan merchants should include the product and variant names, SKU, approximate restock time with timezone, Shopify location, and one affected signup. Do not send an entire customer list.
