Human support

  • Free: Self-service Help Center. Human support is not included for setup or troubleshooting.
  • Growth: Email support with a target first response within 2 business days.
  • Scale: Priority email support with a target first response within 1 business day.

Response times are targets, not resolution guarantees. Complex delivery or Shopify issues can require investigation by another provider.

Exceptions for all stores

You can report a security or privacy concern, a billing problem, or a suspected app-wide outage even when you use Free. These exceptions do not include store-specific setup or customization help.

Trials

Paid plans may include one 14-day trial per store. Shopify confirms any trial and charge before you approve a subscription.
