Slingshot subscriptions are approved and billed through Shopify. Review the confirmation screen Shopify shows before accepting a paid plan.
Change or cancel a plan
Open Settings → Plan & billing in Slingshot to see your current subscription and available changes. Shopify determines when charges, credits, or prorating appear on your bill.
If you move to a plan with lower limits, features above the new allowance can become unavailable. Review current usage before downgrading.
Uninstall Slingshot
- In Shopify Admin, open Settings → Apps and sales channels.
- Select Slingshot.
- Choose Uninstall and confirm.
Uninstalling stops Slingshot from operating on your store. Remove any remaining theme app block if your theme continues to display an empty placement.
Data and privacy requests
Shopify sends required privacy events to installed apps. For a billing, privacy, or data request, include your myshopify.com store domain and a concise description. Do not send customer lists, passwords, API keys, or payment details.
Paid-plan merchants can use the support form in Slingshot. Free stores can still report billing, security, and privacy concerns through the exception contact shown in Get human support.
