Complete your store and sender information before sending live notifications. Slingshot can hold emails when required business information is missing.

Add your business address

  1. Open Settings → Store information.
  2. Enter your legal business or postal address.
  3. Confirm the store name and other visible details.
  4. Save your changes.

The address appears in notification email footers and helps meet commercial email requirements. Use an address where your business can receive mail.

Review email settings

  1. Open Settings → Email settings.
  2. Set a sender name shoppers will recognize, such as your store name.
  3. Set a monitored reply-to email address.
  4. Save your changes.
  5. Send a test notification.

The reply-to address receives shopper replies. It does not automatically change the technical sending domain.

Scale plan sending domain

Scale stores can authenticate a custom sending domain. This improves brand alignment and gives you control of the domain customers see. See Set up a sending domain.
